This is a complete house, located in the center of the village and recently completely rehabilitated. Quiet and quiet area. It has capacity for six guests, for which it has 4 bedrooms, 2 are double, 1 with two beds of 90 and 1 with a double bed of 150, and the 2 singles have comfortable beds of 130. It has 2 bathrooms and a toilet, large lounge, and kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a patio of 20m2. It is very spacious and bright. It has everything necessary for guests, who have bedding, towels, and welcome kit with hygiene products and cleaning for the first days.

It has free Wi-Fi.
The house is located in Figueras, a peaceful and comfortable place, ideal for strolling through its streets, to enjoy its nearby beaches, the coast, its architecture and a great cuisine.

Figueras has two small beaches that can be reached on foot, although it is worth the effort to go next to the bridge of Los Santos to the beach of Arnao, the westernmost beach in Asturias.
With fine white sand and calm crystalline waters, Arnao offers a panoramic view.
of the Galician and Asturian coasts. It is also close to the beach of Pena ronda. Both have full facilities, easy access and rescue in the summer months. The nearby Playa de las Catedrales is also worth mentioning, as well as many others that are worth discovering.

In the vicinity there are also several golf courses, water activities, hiking and adventure.

For us it is of vital importance that your stay is as pleasant as possible and therefore we are available in office hours from 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and we also have a 24h telephone in case any incident arises during your stay.


HOUSE RULES:
We inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor the organization of parties in it. We also appreciate that you are careful with the rest of the neighbors from 22:00 hours.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

1. Arrival and departure time: The arrival time at the holiday home is from 6:00 p.m., while the departure time is before 11:00 a.m. These times allow us to properly prepare the house for your arrival and ensure it is ready for the next guests.

If you wish to arrive or depart at times other than those established, we ask that you contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as it is feasible and does not interfere with the availability of the home.

2. Respect for the care of the property: We ask that you treat the vacation home with respect and care. Make sure not to cause damage to furniture, appliances, walls or any other part of the property. If anything breaks or is damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately.

In compliance with our property security and maintenance policy, we request a deposit of €300 that will be retained on the bank card. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, as long as there has been no damage or breach of the rules, such as smoking in non-permitted areas or presence of damage or remains of pets on sofas, armchairs, beds, etc. Any withholding of the deposit will be notified in detail.

3. Proper use of skylights can help maintain a pleasant and safe environment in your home, this involves closing them when leaving the house and during periods of rain. This is VERY IMPORTANT, leaving them open can cause flooding in the house in case of rain.

4. Please note that moving furniture in the holiday home is strictly prohibited. If you need to make any type of adjustment or change in the arrangement of the furniture, please contact us in advance. We will be happy to help you and find a suitable solution.

5. Number of guests: The maximum capacity of the house is established for a certain number of people, and differs between adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit and condition without prior notice and authorization.

6. The house has a WiFi connection and a SmartTV for your comfort. Please refrain from making online purchases, including movies or other content, as additional costs will be at your expense.

Use the WiFi connection responsibly and avoid visiting illegal sites or performing illegal downloads. These activities may have legal consequences, and the network operator may take legal action if misuse is detected.

7. Parties or events are not allowed: Out of respect for the neighbors and the tranquility of the place, parties or events are not allowed. If you wish to celebrate an event, please contact us in advance.

8. Smoking is not allowed inside: the vacation home is a smoke-free space. We ask that you do not smoke inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outside areas and ensure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

9. Maintenance of cleanliness: We appreciate that you keep the house in a good state of cleanliness during your stay. We will provide you with the necessary utensils to keep the house tidy. At the end of your stay, we ask that you leave the house in a reasonably clean condition.

10. Noise and rest times: please respect rest times and avoid making excessive noise, especially during night hours. Remember that there are other guests and neighbors who also want to enjoy a quiet environment.

11. Pets: If you wish to bring a pet, please consult us before doing so. If allowed, we ask that you bring your own utensils and accessories necessary for its care. It is completely prohibited for your pet to climb on sofas, beds, etc. of the vacation home.

12. Security: for your safety and that of your belongings, we recommend that you lock the doors and windows when you leave the house. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or money.

13. Day of departure: at the established time, you must leave the house in the same conditions in which it was found at the beginning of your stay. This means making sure that there is no garbage or waste inside the house and that the utensils used are clean and in their proper place. Be sure to empty the pantry and refrigerator of any food or drinks you brought. You should not leave any perishable or open items in these spaces. In addition to cleaning, check the house for significant damage. If any damage occurs during your stay, we ask that you inform us at the time of handing over the keys.

14. Compliance with the rules: Serious failure to comply with the established rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and the request to abandon the holiday home without the right to a refund.

COVID-19 MEASURES

To guarantee a totally safe experience in our accommodation, we have implemented a series of procedures that we must all comply with. We understand that it is essential that you know the anti-Covid19 measures and our way of working for the coming months. In accordance with the hygienic-sanitary measures imposed by the Ministry of Health, our action protocol will be:

Cleaning Guidelines:

    For the cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation, products recommended by the Ministry of Health are used.
    All linen, towels, bedspreads, blankets,….are washed at more than 60º.
    All the textiles in the accommodation (curtains, armchairs, sofas, pillows, mattresses...) are treated with special bactericides.
    All furniture, knobs, handles, handles, controls, pictures, cables, TV, hangers,... have been disinfected.
    The bathrooms are sanitized.
    You will find a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution at the entrance of the accommodation for use during the stay.
    The bathrooms have bins with lids and pedal drive where they must deposit masks, handkerchiefs, etc...
    All rooms have been conveniently ventilated.
    We have minimized the decoration of the room to avoid possible points of contagion, for this reason we have removed rugs, rugs, cushions and the trash can from the room.
    As a rule we will not deliver tourist brochures physically. The tourist information of the region will be provided via e-mail. If any of these options poses an inconvenience, let us know and we will provide you with the help you need.

How our clients should act:
