Description

It is a complete house, located in the center of town and recently renovated by

built-in and the other with a 135 double bed; a single with a bed of 90 and
finally a loft with three beds of 80 for children, which includes a living room in its own
bedroom. It has 3 full bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor, large living room, and
kitchen that is fully equipped. It also has a 20m2 patio and a porch
that can be closed. It is very spacious and bright. It has everything you need for
Guests, who have bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit with products of
hygiene and cleanliness for the first days.

The house is located in Figueras, a peaceful and comfortable place, ideal for strolling through its streets, to enjoy its nearby beaches, the coast, its architecture and great gastronomy.

Figueras has two small beaches that can be accessed on foot, although it is well worth going along the Puente de los Santos to Arnao beach, the westernmost beach in Asturias.
With fine white sand and calm and crystalline waters, Arnao offers a panoramic view
beautiful of the Galician and Asturian coasts. Also nearby is the Playa de Pena ronda. Both have complete facilities, easy access and rescue in the summer months. We cannot fail to mention the nearby Playa de las Catedrales, as well as many others that are worth discovering.

In the vicinity there are also several golf courses, water activities, hiking and adventure.

For us it is vitally important that your stay is as pleasant as possible and that is why we are available during office hours from 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and we also have a 24-hour telephone in case any incident arises during your stay .

HOUSE'S RULES:
We inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor the organization of parties in it. We also appreciate that you are careful with the rest of the neighbors from 22:00 hours.

COVID-19 MEASURES

To guarantee a totally safe experience in our accommodation, we have implemented
a series of procedures that we all must follow. We understand that it is essential that they know the anti-Covid19 measures and our way of working for the coming months.
Taking into account the hygienic-sanitary measures imposed by the Ministry of Health, our action protocol will be:

Cleaning guidelines:

For the cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation, products recommended by the Ministry of Health are used. All lingerie, towels, bedspreads, blankets, ... are washed at more than 60º.
All accommodation textiles (curtains, armchairs, sofas, pillows, mattresses ...) are
they treat with special bactericides.
All furniture, knobs, handles, handles, controls, pictures, cables, TV, hangers, ... have been disinfected.
The bathrooms are disinfected.
You will find at the entrance of the accommodation a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution for your use
during the stay.
The bathrooms have litter bins with lid and pedal operation where they should
deposit the masks, handkerchiefs, etc ...
All the rooms have been suitably ventilated.
We have minimized the decoration of the room to avoid possible points of contagion,
that's why we've removed rugs, rugs, cushions, and the trash can from the room.
As a rule we will not deliver tourist brochures in physical form. The tourist information of the region will be provided via e-mail. If any of these options is inconvenient, let us know and we will provide you with the help you need.
